Preventative Services

We provide well child checkups for infants, children and adolescents. Also annual exams for adults to include gynecologic exams. For our Medicare patients we provide the annual wellness visit.

Vaccines

We provide an evaluation of vaccine records and offer suggestions to update necessary vaccines to protect patients against a variety of preventable diseases.

Acute/Urgent Care

We provide acute care for injuries and illnesses. A thorough history and physical exam will be performed and orders for laboratory or radiographic evaluation as needed. A treatment plan for recovery will be provided.

Behavioral Health

We provide evaluation and management for a variety of mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders to include depression, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, and autism.

Pre-Surgical Examinations

We provide a thorough exam including laboratory studies, ECG and other necessary evaluations in preparation for your upcoming surgery.

Chronic Care Management

We provide comprehensive care plan for those individuals with chronic disease(s). An evaluation of disease, medications, specialty providers and community services are collected to guide you to improved health.
